- Office management, ticketing & reservations (re-issue, re-valid, refund), sales promotions,
- Hotel booking, package creation and relevant accounts knowledge.

Educational Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree (B.Com, BBA Preferable)
- At least 2 year(s)
- Should have at least 2 years working experiences in a leading Travel Agency.
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
- Galileo, Amadeus & Abacus (knowledge in any two),VRS and other CRS based reservation system, vast knowledge about route plan and fare strategy, visa processing & regarding travel agency related services.
- Good relation with airlines representative, SPO.
- Computer knowledge (internet browsing, accounts software knowledge & MS Office etc.)
- Must be GDS experienced sales person.
- Having knowledge in Umrah & Hajj Related activities will get preference.
