Job Responsibilities

• Office management, ticketing & reservations (re-issue, re-valid, refund), sales promotions,
• Hotel booking, package creation and relevant accounts knowledge.

Educational Requirements

• At least a Bachelor Degree (B.Com, BBA Preferable)

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Should have at least 3 years working experiences in a leading Travel Agency.
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
• Galileo, Amadeus & Abacus (knowledge in any two),VRS and other CRS based reservation system, vast knowledge about route plan and fare strategy, visa processing & regarding travel agency related services.
• Good relation with airlines representative, SPO.
• Accounts maintenance and HR relation.
• Marketing, client visit and sales promotion.
• Computer knowledge (internet browsing, accounts software knowledge & MS Office etc.)
• Must be GDS experienced sales person.
• Having knowledge in Umrah & Hajj Related activities will get preference.
